Globeleq acquires 51% stake in Zambia’s LHPC Globeleq, a London-headquartered independent power company focused on the African market, has acquired a 51% equity stake in Lunsemfwa Hydro Power Company (LHPC) from Norfund, the Norwegian development finance institution.
